Fulfillment:
We aim to process your orders as quickly as we can. Most of our orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
Damaged Items:
We carefully inspect and package each order before it is shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive an order that is broken or damaged, we will do our best to make it right as soon as possible. Please send an email to hello@eminencecandle.com and include a photo of the item in the packaging as well as your information and a brief message. We are more than happy to issue you a replacement.
Candle Care
Candle Care
- Allow your candle to burn at least two hours its first use. Do not burn your candle for more than four hours at a time. Extinguish when a quarter of an inch of wax remains.
- Trim the wick to 1/8"-1/4” before every single new burn (our wick trimmers are perfect for this!)
- During the burning process, carbon builds up on the wicks. This is a normal process, however if you re-light a wick that has this carbon build up it can cause excess soot and heat. This yields a lower quality candle performance. (If you have ever wondered why there was that black stuff collecting around the rim of your candle vessel, this is why.)
